3. Orders and Purchases

When placing an order with Bloom & Petal, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

The availability, pricing, and descriptions of products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.

All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.

4. Delivery Policy

Bloom & Petal aims to deliver all orders on the date and time requested. However, during peak periods (such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), we recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will either leave the flowers in a safe place, with a neighbor, or return them to our shop where they can be collected or redelivered (additional charges may apply).

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but will deliver within a reasonable window of the requested time (typically within 3 hours for specific time requests, or anytime during business hours for standard delivery).

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders may be canceled with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the flowers. We may offer a replacement or refund based on the condition of the flowers and nature of the complaint.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, typically within 5-7 business days.

6. Workshop Registration

Workshop registrations require full payment at the time of booking to secure your place.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-7 days before will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop.

You may transfer your registration to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us of any changes before the workshop date.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Bloom & Petal or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any of the contents of this website for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Bloom & Petal.

8. User Account

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bloom & Petal, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use or any activity related to your account.
